Registration Information

The person registering must be a parent or legal guardian.  Legal guardianship can only be issued by a court of law.  No notary public or hand written documents will be accepted.  

Proof of Residency

Proof of residency is required.  This proof must be in the form of a current lease or utility bill (water, gas, electric).

 
Georgia Transfers:
 
1. Latest copy of student's report card 
2. Social Security Card 
3. Completed Eye, Ear, and Dental form 
4. Completed Immunization form

 
Transferring from another Richmond County School: 

Bring in the most recent report card from the previous school

  
Out of state transfers:
 
1. Latest copy of student's report card 
 
2. Social Security Card 
 
3. Certified copy of birth certificate 
 
4. Immunization information transferred to Georgia form
 
5. Eye, Ear, and Dental form
